Handle\u00a0 employee issues, conflicts, and grievances, providing timely and fair resolutions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Performance Management<\/strong>: Lead the design and implementation of performance management programs, including performance appraisals, feedback processes, and employee development plans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training &amp; Development<\/strong>: Identify skill gaps and recommend training and development opportunities to enhance employee performance and career growth.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliance &amp; Legal<\/strong>: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
